I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this hotel. Despite a confirmed reservation, they couldn't find my booking when I arrived, which turned out to be a dreadful situation. I was offered another room at a different location that was run down and didn't meet my expectations. On the other hand, the hotel was conveniently located not far from the beach, and it had clean facilities. However, given the dishonesty and the lack of attention to customer service, I can't recommend it.
